This is one of my favourite stage tricks, I performed this in fact today, for an audience of around 500 people, I was quite nervous, but the crowds cheered me on, When I did it LIVE, I use hockey sticks, if there's a video of it I will try and track it down for you. Meanwhile, Enjoy this.

Q and A, with the help of Steven Blair
So, Its WriHen here, and This is just a simple post, giving the answers to some question asked by Steven Blair
Give us a quick intro (name age where you stay education statues ect )
I'm Grant Macdonald (WriHen) and I'm17 years old, I stay in the village of Breasclete, on the Isle of Lewis, in Scotland, and I'm in my last year of secondary school
What do you like apart from magic (hanging with friends ect)
Well apart from my magic, I play the bass guitar, and the uke, my main getaway that isn't cards is my music, some elektro, drum and bass, dubstep, plan b, all kinds a crap. On tuesday, friday, and sunday I go to local youth groups, an hang around and to friends there
What got you into magic
There's all ready a post on this, so check that post out, its started in primary 2 (when I was 6) when the school hired an entertainer to entertain us little kids, I loved the magic he performed wanted to know more
What is your favourite genre of Magic?
My favourite genre of magic would have to be card magic, simply because I'm so good at it, I tend not to do Fancy flourishes when doing tricks cos it does it look some what suspicious, I always have cards on me, there so easy to carry, use, and you can do very powerful effects
Biggest inspiration (magic friends and famous )
Stephen Mulhern did that trick tv show and still does I think, he taught a few good trick, to start the ball rolling, I know of younger people who watch his show, after seeing how good I am
Following on from last question who is your favourite magician/flourisher of all time
Daniel Garcia is my favourite magician, the tricks he does are very good, and his explanations are good too, he adds in some humour to the explanations
What makes you different from other magicians
I tend not to be Cliché, no rabbits, top hats, sawing a woman in half, having a wand, most people have seen all those tricks before, I like to give them something new, that I know they haven't seen before
Where do you see your self in 10 year magic wise
Hopefully still performing, not as a job but just to entertain
Any words of advice to people who want to get started in the art of magic
There are a few tricks on youtube, and moves, and once you know the basics you should be able to figure how most tricks work, also watch some of the TV programmes on magic and witness the potential of magic, because magic is all around us, any thing can be used as magic, grab hold of these moments and you'll earn a name for yourself
